At Flash Homes we are familiar with the requirements of all councils in the Illawarra, and have a good working relationship with all the relevant departments.
Flash Homes can handle every aspect of a new home build. We cover everything from start to finish, so you do not need to organise any sub-contractors to put the finishing touches to your project.
We aim to deliver on time. You will be given a time frame and can expect everything to be delivered on schedule. The only exceptions are if you want changes that can adjust the timeframe or extreme weather conditions that can cause a delay in the construction of your house. In either case, we will do our utmost to deliver your project in a timely manner.
We guarantee you the fixed price we have in the contract, unless you decide to make changes or problems arise that force us to adjust the plan. Any changes will be fully discussed and agreed before implementation.
We are building your home or investment property to your agreed specifications. Hence, you are involved in the design. Once work begins you will be regularly updated but you can relax and be assured that the build is being delivered in a timely and economical fashion.
Our communication pledge means that we are always willing to answer queries and aim to keep you updated as to current progress.
We encourage you to ask questions if there is anything you are unsure about or if there are any points you need clarifying.
Marko oversees all work and regular on-site inspections ensure that quality standards are maintained.
As company director, Marko oversees and has the final say on all design and construction decisions. His eagle eye will make sure that all work is carried out to the highest possible standard.
